Yummy icecreams

Let us now see the different mouth watering ice creams:

Kesar Kulfi:-

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2liter milk
  • 1 big spoon milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cup suger
  • 1/4 tsp kesar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamoms powder (elaichi)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • kulfi moulds
  • 1/4 tsp stabilizer powder
Method:
  1. Boil the milk for about 45 min
  2. Mix the milk powder in 1 1/2 cup of cold milk properly
  3. Add the above mixture in boiling milk
  4. Add sugar and again boil the milk for 10-15min
  5. Allow the milk to cool without cream formation
  6. Add all the powders with continuous stirring in moulds
  7. Allow mixture to set
  8. Your kesar kulfi is ready
Chocolate ice cream:-

ingredients:
  • 1/4 liter milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2tsp custard powder
  • 1/4tsp stabilizer powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp coco powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp drinking chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
  • 100gms soft chocolate bar
  • 1/2 cup cream for decoration
Method:
  1. Add stabilizer powder in some milk
  2. Add coco powder,drinking chocolate and custard powder in 1 cup cold milk
  3. Boil the mixture till it forms a paste
  4. Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
  5. Allow the mixture to set
  6. Add the chocolate bars to the mixture after it has set 3/4th
  7. Chocolate ice cream ready
Pista Ice cream:

ingredients:
  • 1 liter boiled milk mixed with 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon custard powder
  • 1/2tsp stabilizer powder
  • 1/4tsp pista essence
  • some pista colour
  • 10-12 pistas
  • 1 tablespoon badam powder
Method:
  1. As per chocolate ice cream
Vanilla ice cream:-

Ingredients:
  • 1 liter boiled milk mixed with 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk powder
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon custard powder
  • 1/2tsp stabilizer powder
  • 1/4tsp vanilla essence
Method:
  1. Add stabilizer powder in some milk
  2. Add milk powder and custard powder in 1 cup cold milk
  3. Boil the mixture till it forms a paste
  4. Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
  5. Allow the mixture to set
  6. Vanilla ice cream ready

Pineapple Sundae

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Milkmaid
  • 3/4th cup milk
  • 2 tsp milk powder
  • 1/4 tsp pineapple essence
  • 2 tbsp cream
Method:
  1. Mix Milk and milk powder and allow it to become warm.
  2. Add all the above ingredients to form a mixture.
  3. Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
  4. Allow the mixture to set
  5. Add pineapple pieces for decoration.
Cassata Ice-cream

Ingredients
  • 1 medium size spongy cake
  • 2 cups Vanilla ice-cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate ice-cream
  • 3-4 tblsp mix fruit jam
  • 1tbslp dry fruits
  • 3/4th cup mango pulp
  • 2 tblsp tuty fruity1/3rd cup cake crums or biscuit crums (Marie/Glucose Biscuit)
Method:
  1. Cut your cake into 2 pieces.
  2. Add 2 tsp grinded sugar in 1/4 th cup water.
  3. Sprinkle this mixture on the surfaces of the cake.
  4. After 10-15 mins apply mix fruit jam on one surface of the cake and add dry fruits on it.
  5. Apply mango pulp on the other surface of the cake and add tuty fruity on it.
  6. Take a container and add the cake/biscuit crums in it.
  7. Apply a layer of choclate ice-cream on the crums.
  8. Keep the jam applied cake over this layer.
  9. Apply vanilla or choclate ice-cream layer over it and then add the mango pulp layered cake sclice over it.
  10. Finally add vanilla ice-cream layer for decoration.
  11. You can also add cherries over it.
  12. Allow the ice-cream to set for 3 hours.
  13. Cassata is ready
