Ice cream is a favourite food of all ages.We all love ice creams in all flavours and sizes.Today I shall share with you some mouth watering recipes of Ice cream.

- Make sure you turn your deep freezer knob to the highest level before 1 hour of keeping the ice-cream.
- When you boil your milk make sure that you boil it for half an hour more even after the first boil.
- Use closed aluminium containers.
- When your ice-cream has set up to 3/4th then remove the container from your fridge and again grind it in a mixer and again put it in the fridge.
- Use stabilizer powder for ice-cream.
Basic Ice-cream:
Ingredients:
- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 tablespoon custard powder
- 1/4 tsp stabilizer powder
- 3 tsp milk powder
- Colour and essence as per your choice
Method:
- Take 1 liter milk and add 1 cup sugar and boil it.
- Boil the milk till it reduces to half quantity.
- Mix all the powders till the milk boils to its first attempt.
- Enter the milk in a mixer after it cools down.
- Enter the ice cream mixture in the aluminium container and keep it in your fridge
- Your basic ice-cream is ready.
Basic Softy Ice-cream:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 liter milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflower
- 1 1/2 tbsp softy powder
- 3/4 tsp stabilizer powder
- 1 cup cream
- colour and essence according to your choice.
- 8 tbsp sugarMethod:
- Mix all the powders in a little cold milk
- Boil the 1/2 liter milk and mix the above mixture in it.
- Add colours in the milk while boiling.
- Enter the milk in a mixer after it cools down.
- Enter the ice cream mixture in the aluminium container and keep it in your fridge
- Your basic ice-cream is ready.

- 1 1/2liter milk
- 1 big spoon milk powder
- 1 1/2 cup suger
- 1/4 tsp kesar
- 1/2 tsp cardamoms powder (elaichi)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- kulfi moulds
- 1/4 tsp stabilizer powder
- Boil the milk for about 45 min
- Mix the milk powder in 1 1/2 cup of cold milk properly
- Add the above mixture in boiling milk
- Add sugar and again boil the milk for 10-15min
- Allow the milk to cool without cream formation
- Add all the powders with continuous stirring in moulds
- Allow mixture to set
- Your kesar kulfi is ready
ingredients:
- 1/4 liter milk
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2tsp custard powder
- 1/4tsp stabilizer powder
- 1 1/2 tsp coco powder
- 1 1/2 tsp drinking chocolate
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
- 100gms soft chocolate bar
- 1/2 cup cream for decoration
- Add stabilizer powder in some milk
- Add coco powder,drinking chocolate and custard powder in 1 cup cold milk
- Boil the mixture till it forms a paste
- Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
- Allow the mixture to set
- Add the chocolate bars to the mixture after it has set 3/4th
- Chocolate ice cream ready

- 1 liter boiled milk mixed with 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 tablespoon custard powder
- 1/2tsp stabilizer powder
- 1/4tsp pista essence
- some pista colour
- 10-12 pistas
- 1 tablespoon badam powder
- As per chocolate ice cream

- 1/2 cup cream

- 1/2tsp stabilizer powder
- 1/4tsp vanilla essence
- Add stabilizer powder in some milk
- Add milk powder and custard powder in 1 cup cold milk
- Boil the mixture till it forms a paste
- Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
- Allow the mixture to set
- Vanilla ice cream ready
Pineapple Sundae
Ingredients:- 1 Cup Milkmaid
- 3/4th cup milk
- 2 tsp milk powder
- 1/4 tsp pineapple essence
- 2 tbsp cream
- Mix Milk and milk powder and allow it to become warm.
- Add all the above ingredients to form a mixture.
- Add the above mixture in a mixer after it becomes cold
- Allow the mixture to set
- Add pineapple pieces for decoration.
Ingredients
- 1 medium size spongy cake
- 2 cups Vanilla ice-cream
- 1 cup Chocolate ice-cream
- 3-4 tblsp mix fruit jam
- 1tbslp dry fruits
- 3/4th cup mango pulp
- 2 tblsp tuty fruity1/3rd cup cake crums or biscuit crums (Marie/Glucose Biscuit)
- Cut your cake into 2 pieces.
- Add 2 tsp grinded sugar in 1/4 th cup water.
- Sprinkle this mixture on the surfaces of the cake.
- After 10-15 mins apply mix fruit jam on one surface of the cake and add dry fruits on it.
- Apply mango pulp on the other surface of the cake and add tuty fruity on it.
- Take a container and add the cake/biscuit crums in it.
- Apply a layer of choclate ice-cream on the crums.
- Keep the jam applied cake over this layer.
- Apply vanilla or choclate ice-cream layer over it and then add the mango pulp layered cake sclice over it.
- Finally add vanilla ice-cream layer for decoration.
- You can also add cherries over it.
- Allow the ice-cream to set for 3 hours.
- Cassata is ready
